Detailed Itinerary

Day 01: Arrive Cochin
After your arrival at the Cochin Airport, our representative for the tour will receive you with warm welcome by giving you garlands. Next we move towards the Hotel and check in. Rest of the day you can relax and unwind yourself. Later in the evening, we have arrangement for the special traditional demonstration of “Kalaripayyat” which is a form of Kerala martial arts. Night stay in hotel only.

Day 02: Cochin – Munnar (140kms – 4hrs)
After the early morning breakfast we leave for the sightseeing at Fort Cochin- which is famous for the amalgamation of varied cultures of Chinese, Portuguese and Dutch. Even the small population of the Jews resides here. Mattancherry Palace which is an imposing structure built by Portuguese and consists of beautiful pictures taken from the major epics of Hindus.

Another attraction of the place is Chinese fishing nets which are quite popular among the tourists as it gives them delightful and photogenic view. We also visit Saint Francis Church which is the most ancient church in India; the famous Vasco De Gamma was buried here before he was moved to Portugal.

We carry our journey forward by driving towards Munnar. Munnar is mesmerising destination lined with tea and spice plantations, beautiful valleys, sky high mountains and lively waterfalls making it a pleasant destination to enjoy your holidays.

We reach Munnar and check into the finest Hotel. Later in the evening you can move out to explore this nature's paradise which is breathtakingly amazing! Night stay at the Hotel

Day 03: Munnar
Today is the day when we visit the famous places in Munnar. We start with Raja Malai which is the highest peak situated in the Eravikulam National Park of Munnar. From the top you can easily see mountain goats and tribal villages. Mattupetty Lake and Dam are also the popular tourist destination as the place is laced with beautiful hills and tea plantation giving the best view you ever had! You can also take a boating ride in the lake to feel the beauty of the nature. Night stay in the Resort.

Day 04: Munnar – Periyar (120kms – 4hrs)
After the breakfast we get ready to travel towards Periyar which is the famous wildlife sanctuary and tiger reserve situated near the Periyar Lake. It is noted in the world for its rich flora and fauna. We check in to the Resort on arrival and in evening enjoy the famous traditional Kerala dance“Kathakali”. Night stay in the Hotel.

Day 05: Periyar
In the morning we visit Periyar Wildlife sanctuary. We go for the boat cruise to encounter the wild animals like tigers, elephants, barking deer, leopard, Indian wild dogs and many more. There is several numbers of birds as well which can be sighted here along with varied kinds of fishes and butterflies.

Next in the noon we move towards the serene hills which are famous for spice plantations like cardamom, tea and pepper. This place is also known for trekking. Spend the night in Resort.

Day 06: Periyar – Kumarakom (130kms – 4hrs)
After the breakfast we drive towards Kumarakom. Kumarakom is the famed tourist destination situated in the Kottayam district of Kerala. It is a enchanting place is renowned for its backwaters and Bird sanctuaries. This village is blessed with scenic beauty and is a cluster of small islands by the bank of Lake Vembanad.

We get down to houseboat called Kettuvallam by noon. Tour on the calm and hypnotic backwaters is the highlight of this place. Enjoy the ride on the traditional houseboat and view the natural greenery and traditional people of the village all over. Prepare delicious Keralian food by the vegetables brought by the vendors on the houseboat. Night stay on the houseboat only.

Day 07: Alleppey – Cochin (70kms – 1.5hrs)
After breakfast, you will be de boarding the Houseboat at Alleppey. By car you will be moved to Cochin. After lunch you can leave for the Airport.
